We reply within two business days. If it is about a booking, include the date and the studio name so we can find it.
Other ways to reach us
You can send feedback from inside the app: open Settings and choose Give Feedback. It reaches the same inbox and arrives with your account attached, which saves a round trip when the question is about your own bookings.
Bookings
- Cancelling a booking. Open the booking from the Bookings tab and choose Cancel. Whether you are refunded depends on the studio's cancellation policy, which is shown on the experience and on your booking.
- A refund has not arrived. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank. If it has been longer, email us.
- The studio cancelled. You are refunded in full automatically. You do not need to do anything.
- Booking for a group. Create a booking group from the Bookings tab, invite your friends, and everyone can see and join what you have planned.
Your account
- Changing your details. Settings, then Personal information.
- Notifications. Settings, then Notification Preferences. You control each type of alert separately.
- Location. We only use your location while the app is open, to show you what is nearby. You can turn it off in your device settings and search by city instead.
- Deleting your account. Settings, then Delete account. This is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile, bookings, purchases, reviews, posts and rewards, and it cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Running a studio
- Set up payouts from your studio dashboard. Payouts run through Stripe Connect, which verifies your identity and bank details before the first transfer.
- Add experiences, class packs and memberships from the studio dashboard, and manage your schedule from Manage slots.
- Your cancellation policy is shown to guests before they book, so set it before you take your first booking.
Safety
If something happens at an experience that concerns you, tell us. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then email us so we can act on the report.
